We strongly believe in a sustainable future. One, which ensures that our tomorrow offers us just as much as our today promises us. Towards this, we work hard and giving back to the society.At Harvest, this has manifested in various initiatives, such as:
- Sustainable operations: We take pride in our paperless operations, using the power of computing, the Internet, and the Cloud, to do business better, faster, and more efficiently.
- Nurturing diverse talent for better inclusiveness: Each year, we absorb 5 people from smaller villages around Hyderabad, where our India operations are headquatered. We nurture this talent for a period of one year, training them on various technologies and processes, so that they may receive equal opportunities. These individuals are then encouraged to pursue opportunities befitting the skills they have learnt.
- Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives: One of the simplest ways we give back to society is by supporting not-for-profit organisations that work for the betterment of mankind.
